Natalie V. Nagthall

Organizer

Natalie V. Nagthall currently serves as the Guided Pathways Regional Coordinator for California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO). At CCCCO, Natalie is in charge of leading innovative strategies and transformational efforts with community colleges in the Los Angeles & Orange County.

 

Natalie’s specialties include professional development, curriculum design and workshop development. In addition, she is also a sought-after expert in  product and organization development as well as , project and brand management. Natalie has served on the board of directors for the South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) and is an active member of the Harbor Area (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and the Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute (LAAAWPPI) Alumnae Association.

Natalie holds a BS in Marketing and Logistics/Transportation from the University of Maryland, College Park and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Natalie is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California.
