The Pink Tea Rose Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3, established in 2013, with the goal of providing academic scholarships and charitable services to under-served communities in the city of Inglewood and the Los Angeles County. Our programs and activities promote sustainability through positive growth and development in the areas of education, health, social responsibility and economic development.

The Foundation also works in conjunction with the Theta Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which serves the Inglewood and Greater Los Angeles area of Southern California.  Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., is the first African American women's Greek organization, founded by enterprising young women at Howard University in 1908.

We are committed to academic excellence and assisting our youth in reaching their career goals through higher education.  Annually, the Educational Enrichment Scholarship program provides up to $10,000 in scholarships to college-bound high school seniors.  Scholarships will be awarded to qualified applicants based on the evaluation criteria established by The Pink Tea Rose Foundation, including scholastic achievement, community service/involvement and financial need.
